First Christmas
First Christmas for Baby Graham. First Christmas for the Colemans at their new address. Awesome/exciting/exhausting. Thank goodness that Nona fed us. A lot. Here are my favorite photos.

Late
It is super late, but I just wanted to say a couple of things.
1. Our family and friends are amazing. They helped us get into our new house. THANK YOU! Those words aren't even enough to express our gratitude. I didn't think we would survive and I wasn't even sure this move would happen, but we did and it did and here we are. Granite. I like the name. Plus there is a guy that lives up the street that walks his pygmies goats around like dogs, Jr. and I can't wait to meet him!
2. Today, I said goodbye to 1036 eighth. It was kind of okay because I cleaned the oven so the place smelled like burning hell, but I got very teary eyed when I cleaned the finger/nose prints off of Jr.'s bedroom windows for the last time. It was the first time in 7 years I had vacuumed out my closet - woah. Yuck. I found $0.18 while I cleaned. What should I spend it on?
3. It is the eclipse, it is winter solstice. Bring on the longer days. Ed and I celebrated by hot tubbing and drinking beer. Ed spent the entire time trying to talk me into getting one. The one on our deck isn't ours. Shhhh.
4. Graham turned 5 months old this weekend. He is super vocal, still smiley and is amazing as he reaches for toys and grabs them. He is a chewer though - and drooly. Holy crap. Jr. is WAY into killing/fighting dragons. He hauls his super sad axe that Ed and I made for him out of cardboard and duct tape everywhere. He also has a shield and a sword, but the axe, that is where it is at.
Here are some photos from the weekend.
This is a guy who likes his Nanny.
One of the approximately 2 million Nanny kisses this weekend. Graham loves to give giant slobbery hair pulling kisses.
Jr. Picasso. No?
Art!
Um, Jr. you have a little paint on your. . .

Virtual Christmas Card - ENJOY!

We are totally tapped out. Moving during Christmas may explode our brains, so no real Christmas card. No Christmas tree. No Christmas lights. In fact we may bypass Christmas all together and just celebrate New Years. Well, we did let Jr. open presents tonight while yelling HAPPY HAUNTAKA!

The Office!
There has been a lot going on around here these last few days. Jr. first because he is the first. His imagination is back. He loves to draw and demand that you draw all kinds of robot/animal/monster/pirate/dragon/horse/fish combinations. Then he tells great stories. I love his stories, they are filled with hand gestures and sound effects. What a man. Just as soon as I start in on him being a stinker, he turns crazy sweet. Smoochy huggy lovey crazy sweet. Today we made up a song about his Aquadoodle and he danced through the whole house especially for his brother.

Graham reaches out, grabs his toys and puts them into his mouth. He loves to sit up and stand up. He has a wide range of vocalizations. And cheerful, boy oh boy. The best part about this long weekend was that his dad busted out THE OFFICE! He loves it! YAY - TOYS! His very own toys that aren't his brothers. Plus it provides a ring of safety around him. He sits up so straight and looks around for his whole family even Selma. He really likes her. She has yet to notice him as he doesn't have any food to drop on the floor.

Oh and then there was Thanksgiving #1 and #2. They were both fabulous and delish. Jr. loves being with his grandparents and he really liked skyping with his Florida Grandparents. Graham turned on some serious charm for the holiday.

We should have spent the long weekend packing, but we didn't. There were lots of naps and tons of fun in the house. We didn't go out much even after the temperature jumped above zero - shame on us. I don't know what the deal is, but on the weekends it takes FOREVER to get our sh*t together and then all of a sudden Grahamm is sleeping and we haven't gotten out of our sweats. Lazy Colemans. It bothers Ed and I, and Jr. a bit, but Graham doesn't mind at all. He loves to snuggle.

I was looking back at Jr. at 4 months old and I noted that he was so big that he was now in his 9 month clothes. So is Graham, or at least he should be, I hate to unearth yet another box and bring it into this house right now, so his poor little feet are scrunched into his jammies and he is Mr. Highwaters during the day. He is so seriously plump it makes you laugh.

I love comparing the two boys. Their likenesses and differences never cease to amaze me. How could two boys made from the same genes be so fundamentally different? Their attitudes are so different and they look so different. They are alike in size and appetite. Graham is a sleeper, Jr. was not. Graham will go to just about anyone and smile, coo and laugh. Jr. only wanted one person and one person only, his momma.

4 months
Hi, my name is Graham and I am 4 months old. I have two new teeth. I am a good sleeper, I am super chubby and I love to smile. I laugh at everyone especially my brother. Beware the photos below, it will melt your heart.

Where are photos of his brother? Well, um we don't have any from this last week. 1. he won't let me take any photos, they all look like this.
And 2. it is rare to find him in any other position than a temper tantrum. Okay, I may be exaggerating, but seriously, if we make it from the time he wakes up until 9 AM without a temper tantrum, we consider ourselves VERY LUCKY. Not only is he taking the terrible twos to a new low, he quit going to bed at a decent hour. It is currently 9:27PM and he is pitching a fit in his crib. Ed just looked at me and said, "we are going to have to buy a second crib." I mean we would have liked to move him to a big boy bed by now, but he is no where close to being ready. He would just get right back up and come down here and scream at us.
I did try to poop him out tonight by letting him box with me on the Wii. At one point he was yelling "I am going to knock you down Momma!" I was just trying to burn off some stink, it is 13 below zero and we have to work hard to get that kid moving to tire him out.
There are some sweet moments though. He is very good with his brother. His love is a little rougher than we would like, but he is all about love. He calls his brother "little boy" in a sweet voice and this morning he told me that he needed to go color on the floor so Bay Gam could watch him. Baby Graham loves to watch him play, dance and run around.

Toothy
Baby Graham got his first tooth - yes we think it is too soon too. The only reason we noticed is because he is drooling like a Saint Bernard. He soaks everything. He was a little tough on sleep for a night, but not bad. A far cry from his brother's first tooth. I haven't taken any photos of him, but here is a video of me trying to get him to laugh with fart noises (circa daddy). Click on the photo below for the video (Picasa is SO cool!)

We have a buyer for our house. Some paperwork and it is a deal. We are relieved, but still kind of sad to leave our house. On one hand I will miss our maple tree and then on the other hand, I will not. The same goes with the rest of the house, so many things I will miss and so many things I will not.

I am excited to make the west side our neighborhood, but will dearly miss my beloved S. Central and our friends and neighbors here.

Jr. is excited to get a new house and get a new room. We are going to decorate his bathroom with monkeys. He is going to be SUPER excited for his new yard.

Halloweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen!
It was a perfect 10 of a holiday. Jr. got to go trick-or-treating at my office on Friday, wear his costume to a party on Saturday and hit up some of our nearest and dearest for candy on Sunday night.

He was so excited his brain literally melted. He couldn't eat, he couldn't sleep, and when he woke up the next morning at 6:30 AM he was screaming for candy from his Plumpquin!!!!!!!!!!

Part of the excitement undoubtly came from the appearance of the "po po" in front of our house. I am here to tell you that Ed and I have not seen one speeder pulled over on our street in the 7+ years we lived here. Low and behold, the very night Jr. had his po po costume on, there he was. He was a super nice cop and pulled over to let Jr. get his photo taken with him and the car. It was so cool my heart melted a little bit.

He did change out of his costume in time to hand out candy. He changed into his "hunter mush mouth" get up.

Graham was a sweet pea. The sweetest of peas, well one of two sweetest peas.

We spent the day at home today suffering from various ailments. Jr. was actually such a sweet heart all day, he was definately not feeling well. We played outside but not for too long. His dad took him to the park, but not for too long. He just wanted to watch movies and play with his play-doh all day. Graham was, of course, rediculously sweet all day.

Check out today's picasa album for a sweet video of Graham talking.

3 months and 2.5 years - officially
Half way to 6 months and half way to 5 years old. Woah.
Some quick photos and some quick notes. No one wants to buy our house - yet. Ed and I are braced for the worst. Whatever.
The boys are great. Jr. is the perfect combination of salty and sweet, just like kettle corn. One second, total a-hole, next second all hugs and kisses. Plus he is WICKED smart, tonight he asked if I would come into his room with him and play a silly little game. Um, of COURSE I will.

If you take a look at the picasa album, you can get a sneek peek at Jr.'s Halloween Costume. . . plus there are some pretty sweet videos.
Graham is 100% pure sweet baby. He started day-care last week, he did great. He spent the weekend with me and his Auntie Liesel in Missoula, attended a Griz game and did great. He is such an easy baby. He started laughing a couple of weeks ago. He really giggles at his big brother. So cute.

AND WELCOME TO THIS WORLD, AMELIA ANN MOOG! We saw her tonight and she is B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L!!!!! She is so sweet and her beautiful sister is adjusting pretty well. We are so happy that she is here, that is the end of the babies for a while. It was a good run.
